Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link (bpost, DPD or PostNL depending on destination).
Are your products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Most of our products are pregnancy-safe, but actives such as retinoids, high-dose salicylic acid, hydroquinone and Cosmelan/Dermamelan are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Email sales@deliziaskincare.com with the product you have in mind and we'll confirm.
I have sensitive skin or allergies — what should I do?
Always read the ingredient list before use and do a patch test on the inside of your wrist or behind the ear for 24–48 hours. If you have a known allergy, contact us first and we'll check the full INCI list for you.
How do I start with retinol?
Begin with the lowest concentration, 2–3 evenings per week, applied on dry skin after cleansing. Always pair retinol with a daily broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher. Gradually build up frequency over 4–6 weeks.
How often can I use an at-home chemical peel?
Light enzymatic or AHA peels can be used 1–2 times per week. Stronger peels (Image Skincare, Circadia) follow a specific protocol — we recommend a short consultation by email before starting.
What is the difference between Cosmelan and Dermamelan?
Both are professional depigmentation treatments by mesoestetic. Cosmelan suits most hyperpigmentation (melasma, sun spots, post-acne marks). Dermamelan is more intensive, reserved for stubborn or recurring melasma. The in-office mask must be applied by a trained professional; we sell the home-care maintenance products.
Why is daily SPF so important?
UVA, UVB and visible light cause up to 80% of visible skin aging and trigger pigmentation. Daily broad-spectrum SPF 30–50 is mandatory when using actives like retinol, vitamin C, AHA/BHA peels or depigmentation treatments — otherwise results are lost and pigmentation can worsen.
