Shipping areas

Delizia Skincare ships orders from Belgium to:

  • Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (Benelux)

  • Other European countries

Contact us via info@deliziaskincare.be for specific questions about shipping outside Europe.

Postage costs

  • Free shipping for orders from €50 within the Benelux .

  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, depending on your location and chosen carrier.

  • For other European countries, shipping costs will be shown during checkout.

Delivery times

We do our utmost to process and ship your order quickly.

  • Benelux: delivery usually within 2–3 business days .

  • Other Europe: delivery usually within 3–7 business days , depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances with the carrier, holidays or customs clearance.

Processing

Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Tracking your order

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order online.

Delays and liability

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by external circumstances (e.g., customs inspections, strikes, or weather conditions). Once we transfer your order to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your address information carefully when placing your order. Delizia Skincare is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional costs for reshipping packages will be borne by the customer.

Undelivered packages

If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you. Any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be charged to you.
