At Delizia Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 14- day return policy. after receiving your order.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It must not have been worn or used.

Labels must still be attached and the original packaging must be present.

You will need the invoice or proof of purchase.

Damage or incorrect delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. We will then provide a suitable solution.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchange
Want a different product? The fastest way is to return the current item and then reorder your desired product.
EU reflection period
For customers within the European Union, the statutory cooling-off period also applies 14 days . You have the right to cancel or return your order within this period, without giving a reason. The return policy (unused, in original packaging, with labels present) still applies.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved:
